Event and Cosplay Rules

Age policy

Yurei Night and Yurei Three Day Night are open to a broad audience. Old Yurei Night is strictly 18+, entry only with ID. Some 18+ cosplay looks require approval regardless of event.

Refunds

Reservation/ticket refunds are available no later than 7 days before the event. If an event is cancelled or moved for reasons outside the guest’s control, the organizer will offer reservation transfer or refund under the announced process.

Photo and video

Personal shooting is allowed as long as it does not disturb other guests. Professional shooting, commercial usage and backstage areas require organizer approval.

Props and replica weapons

Safe materials are allowed: foam, plastic, cardboard and wood without sharp edges. Replica weapons must be unloaded and visibly safe; organizers may refuse entry with props on site.

Code of conduct

Cosplay is not consent. Respect personal boundaries, and do not touch costumes or props without permission. Report incidents to organizers or security; violations may lead to removal without refund.

Artist alley and vending

Artist/vendor applications are moderated. Participants are responsible for legal goods, clean tables, fire and venue rules, and timely teardown after the event.
